How to cure your anxiety?
From the start of this year 2020, we all are facing this huge pandemic issue, and though the routine and changed life come with anxiety and other mental issues.
Even some of your anxieties are a normal part of life. It’s a consequence of living in an often-chaotic world. Anxiety isn’t all bad, though. It makes you aware of the danger and motivates you to stay sort out and prepared, and beware of risks. However, when anxiety becomes your daily struggle, it’s time to act before it is heightened. Untamped anxiety may greatly impact your quality of life.
You know anxiety can feel like a downward spiral — as if your worries are spinning out of control. Getting a handle on those greasy thoughts is tricky, and in many cases, it takes professional help.
And hell! The good news for anxiety sufferers is that you’re not alone. Because anxiety is so common in people, there are many tactics and tools at hand to help you get your sentiments under control.
Anxiety destroys your productivity, your relationships, your confidence, and your ability to enjoy life.
For a long-long time, I thought I was going crazy. I was assured that something horribly wrong was about to happen. I was very tired and afraid all the time, and I didn’t know how to shake it. One half of me pretended to be normal while the other half tried to keep it all together. But there was no solution at all. Then I ask people to help me out and there is no shame in asking for it. And somehow these ideas work well for me and improve my lifestyle.
Ask for help
Many people who suffer from anxiety problems are high-achievers who want to solve their own problems. This can make it difficult to ask for help. But anxiety is treated as a medical illness, and often it is necessary to hire a professional. So ask your peer ones first, maybe your anxiety is related to listening problems, then that will solve right away. If it doesn’t work then take it to a concerned doctor.
Stay active
Stay active. Do exercise. Regular exercise is good for your physical and emotional health. Regular exercise works as well as medication to ease anxiety for most people. And it’s not just a short-term fix; you may experience anxiety relief for hours after working out.
Say ‘No’ to alcohol
Alcohol is a natural calming. You know that drinking a glass of wine or whiskey when your nerves are shot may calm you at first. Once the buzz is over, however, anxiety may return with a tit for tat. If you rely on alcohol to relieve anxiety instead of treating the cause of the problem, you may develop alcohol dependence. And you become addicted to that.
Get some sleep
Insomnia is a common symptom of anxiety. Make sleep a priority by:
- only sleeping at night when you’re tired
- No phone scrolling 30 mins before sleep.
- not reading or watching television in bed
- avoiding caffeine, large meals, and nicotine before bedtime
- keeping your room dark and cool.
- Make and write in your diary.
Meditate
The main goal of meditation is to remove chaotic thoughts from your mind and replace them with a sense of calm and mindfulness of the present moment. Meditation is known for relieving stress and anxiety.

Reconnect with yourself.
Reconnect with yourself at your heart, anxiety becomes a problem when your fears outgrow the actual dangers in our lives. We can’t expect to “think our way out” of medical-grade anxiety, but paying attention to our minds and bodies can help us be better tuned into reality.
-
- Mindfulness is a set of techniques that force us to slow down and pay attention to the details of ourselves and our environment.
-
- Breathing exercises, visualization, and Meditation also re-focus our attention onto the present and away from fearful thoughts about the future.
-
- Biofeedback takes mindfulness one step further by teaching us to consciously control our own heart rate and blood pressure through relaxation and breathing.
-
- Yoga offers a double benefit because it includes aspects of both physical exercise and mindfulness.
